Christmas continued!

I cannot tell you enough how much I have truly been blessed! My life is full of love! I have my God, my family, my church and my friends! God shows me His love for me daily and I pray that I show Him in return how much I love Him! We started our Christmas celebrations by celebrating Jesus' birthday at church! We then headed to David's cousin Lynn's house for a family celebration. The kids had a gift exchange there and it was so fun! We then headed over to G-pa's house for our annual Christmas celebration on Christmas eve! The next morning Caden woke up to see what Santa, mommy and daddy got him! It was so much fun this year! He got into opening his gifts himself and it was so cute! That afternoon we headed over to Granny and Granpa's for our annual Davidson Christmas! Mommy then had to go to work at 7pm but it was a very blessed Christmas! Enjoy all the pics!

After the birth of London, Vanessa, Brooklyn and London came from Reno for a visit. It was so nice to meet London for the first time and spend some much needed time with the sister and nieces! My oh my, Where has the time gone?! I've been absent from this blogging world for the last 2 months! I promise to be better at keeping the posts coming especially for the family that enjoys the updates! Possible new years resolution?! I think that is fitting! First let me start with October. We did lots of fun things in October from the arrival of London Willow Wood, a fall carnival at First Woodway a local Church, Zackary's birthday and birthday party, pumpkin carving and Halloween. Caden was the cutest little Mickey Mouse in the world! My nephew Zackary was Mickey his 2nd Halloween and he passed his old costume down to Caden for his 2nd Halloween as well. He was so cute in the costume. On Halloween we had dinner at Gigi's then did some trick or treating and home to bed. On Halloween mommy had to work at 11 but that was nice since Daddy and I were able to take our little man to trick or treat!

My little nephew turned 5 years old on October 25, 2010! We celebrated by going to Chuck E cheese's with his family, David, Caden and I, Veronica and the girls. We all had a great time. His party was the weekend that followed and it was all so much fun! Here's to many more birthdays for our Zackary James Villarreal aka Wacky Zacky!

15 Months

Happy 15 Months little BUG!
On 10/21/10 you turned 15 months old! You have learned so much this past month! Mommy and Daddy can hardly believe how fast you catch on to things and how much you already know. You are the BIGGEST BLESSING from our Lord next to our Salvation and we are so comforted in knowing that you belong to us through Christ. We are continually reminded of God's love for us through you! My son, I say it every month and I will say it again, it seems like only yesterday we were preparing for your arrival. Now that you are here I don't remember life without you, nor would I want a life without you. You are doing so much this month and you are into EVERYTHING! Zackary was with us on your 15 month bday and the time just got away from mommy and I didn't take any pictures of you besides this one.

Friday, 10/22/10 was your 15 month check up. This is you in the parking lot of Dr. Ferguson's office. You look so grown up in the front seat. However, you still sit in the back seat with your car seat facing backwards because that is what Dr. Ferguson suggests and mommy and daddy will do whatever is best for our Buggy D!

Our poor little man got 5 shots including the flu shot! You were such a little trooper and I was so proud of you. Daddy wasn't able to come to this visit so he said a prayer for you since he knew you were getting so many shots.

You weigh 23lbs 10oz (45%) and are 32 inches (80%) tall.
You are still in a size 4 diaper and you wear 12-18 month clothes. You are eating everything imaginable. Your favorites are chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese. Your favorite drinks are the blue colored Powerade and Vitamin water XXX. You continue to run around everywhere and love to go outside. It is so cute, I tell you we have to have shoes on to go outside and you will bring mommy hers (which are usually right by the door) and your shoes. We then put them on, you are able to put your crocs on without the backs so mommy has to put the backs behind your heels for you. You are learning to say "out" when you want to go outside. Your vocabulary is still very limited, but it is expanding. You are saying:
"Mama" and "Mom" for me and you know the difference between me and daddy and you can say "Mama" when you want me and "Dada" when you want your daddy. You also call him "Da-Ya." You call your G-Pa "Ya-ya" and I'm not sure where that started but it sure is cute. You say "Kee" for Kitty, you love Tiki (the kitty) and all the puppies at Granny and Granpa's house. You shake your index finger at the puppies and try to say "hush puppies," Granny taught you that. You are also still saying "Uh-Oh" ALL the time. You say "Hi" to most new people and love to talk on the phone! You are very polite and say "Tank to" which is your way of saying Thank you and your kindness continues to melt my heart! You love your Mum-Mums and still ask for them by name. And while you don't say NO, you do say "Uh Uh" when you don't want something. I'll ask you Caden can mommy have a kiss and you will either give me one or say "uh uh." You do this when you don't want to eat or when you don't want something. You can also say "Uh Huh" when you do want something and "Mor" when you want more. That is your newest word and it is so cute! I love to hear you say "Mor." You are a very independent little boy and very sure of what you do and don't want! You know how to turn the light on and off, but still aren't saying the words. You put your shoes up in the bottom drawer of your dresser where they go and it is super cute. You will play in your room by yourself, but you love company too. You now have 3, yes only 3 teeth. Your bottom 2 and one of your top one, but Dr. Ferg said 3 at the top appear to be on there way. We still haven't cut your long locks. Daddy and I have talked about having your hair cut, but are in no hurry to go out and do it. Several people have called you a she recently but soon realize that they made a mistake and figure out you are a very pretty little boy! Again I tell you we are so blessed to have you and you are one very loved little boy!! Happy 15 months my son! Daddy and I are looking forward to every new day with you!

Kristy and Kaeding came over last week to hang out and for the boys to play together! They seemed to have a good time together. Caden is 9 months older than Kaeding so we have to make sure he isn't to rough around him. He loves to give sugars and gave Kaeding quite a few. I think he even tried to bite his head which was quickly remedied. Here they are having a good time! Enjoy the pics!

Last Monday Brittany and I took the kids shopping for an outfit for their pumpkin patch pictures that we had a friend of mine take last Wednesday. I of course missed the picture where they were holding hands, but this was them at Old Navy!

Rylee and Brittany had to leave so me and Caden and the girls ventured on over to the mall to continue on our search for Caden's perfect outfit. They wanted to ride the "roller coaster."

Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo

The Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo is in town and David, Caden, Veronica, Bailee, Kinlee and I went out last Saturday to check it out! David, Caden and Mommy put on our boots and jeans and off we went! Caden looked so adorable in an outfit he got from Cousin Kaeding for his birthday and his Daddy's old boots! The fair is a typical fair with all the good food, rides, country music, carnies and gift booths. We walked around, shopped and ate some good fair food. (Yes I tracked my WW points!) Caden loved the turkey leg daddy got and they ate it ALL gone! We wanted to go check out the rodeo but didn't get a chance too before we had to bring the Bug home to bed! We will look forward to next year where Caden can ride the kiddie rides and really enjoy himself!

Texas Ranger Game!

David and I have been wanting to go to a Texas Ranger game all season and we finally got to go to one. We went with David's sister Angie and her husband Brandon. We had a really good time and went out to eat afterwards at a local restaurant. We got to go to an evening game so it was nice and cool out with a nice breeze! It was nice to go to a game where we brought home a win! We spent plenty of money in the gift shop too. I see us going to many Ranger games in the future and David and I can't wait to take Caden to his first Ranger's game! He got plenty of souvenirs from this trip!

We have been having some beautiful Fall weather here in Waco which makes it so nice to take Caden out! Last week Aunt Ronica (Veronica) and Caden went out to enjoy the weather! Caden is becoming a VERY independent young man! He wants to do things himself and I must admit he is so cute at trying to do many different things on his own! Trust me, he can throw a little fit when he doesn't get to do things his way and I just walk out of the room. I tell him "you can throw that fit alone!" And he usually stops rather quickly!

Weight Watchers

Well on Monday 9/20/10 I took the plunge! I started Weight Watchers and I am excited about it! My MIL gave me all the supplies I need: the WW started kit, WW scale and WW calculator. Thanks Annette for the supplies! It is surprisingly easier than I thought it would be. I never thought I would be the one counting portions or points, but it isn't hard at all after you get the hang of it. I chose my weigh in days to be on Saturday so we will see then if I have lost anything in week one. Wish me luck on my new lifestyle endeavor!

Caden Lane, I can't believe you have been in our lives for 14 months now! Daddy and I are truly blessed with your love and smile! You are growing into such a handsome and smart young man! Your smile makes my heart smile and I thank God for you each and everyday! You are growing so fast and learning so much it is hard to keep up with what you are accomplishing each month and day! You are now running, not walking around the house! You love to be outdoors and feel the grass beneath your feet. You will walk in shoes but you are quick to get them off! You can also put your crocs on by yourself! You started doing that this month. You are still very polite and say Thank You which melts my heart, but what I love more is that you say it a lot without being prompted. You still love to play Uh Oh! And the other day I was looking for your paci and you have a little hiding spot for them on the window seal on the outside of your pack n play where you drop them. I found it the other day when I was looking for one and I asked you where it was and you peaked over the corner of the pack n play on your tippie toes and pointed down! Mommy found 4 that day! Tricky little guy! We are working on expanding your vocabulary and "using your words" instead of uhs and grunts. It's a work in progress! We have lots of words to learn! Right now you are saying:

You say "Uh huh" for yes and shake your head for no! You definitely know what No means! But you LOVE to test your limits! You are a boy that knows what you want because if you don't want it you let us know!

We are trying to teach you up, down, on, off, ball, I love you and Caden. We are working on these!You know what they mean, but you can't say them yet.

Your hair is getting long and everyone tells me to cut it, but daddy and I said we are not cutting it until after you are two. You have the cutest little curls in the back and I LOVE them! You are learning so many new things! You know the difference between eyes, nose, and mouth and you can point to them all with your little index finger it is so cute! You are also blowing kisses, but instead of an open palm you use the side of your fist and it is the sweetest thing! Here are a few pics from Tuesday when you turned 14 months

On Sunday evening Granny and Granpa treated us to a trip to Kiddie land! Caden had a blast! So did mommy and daddy! We rode the train, the carousel and Caden and Daddy rode two other rides! I was bummed that the big slide was out of order, but the trip was fun! I see us going back often especially for David and I to play a few rounds of Putt Putt! Thanks for a good time!!

A dear friend of mine, Brittany, is having a little baby boy! Ryder (middle name not certain) Dubois. I have been working hard to create a custom made wall hanging for his room! The theme is Cowboys and I love the bedding, it's Wild West by JoJo Designs. David and I have ordered some great stuff from the collection to go in his room that she will get at her Baby Sprinkle I am throwing her, but I wanted to make something special for her! So here it is! What do you think? I couldn't get the entire name in one picture because the size of the letters, but use your imagination. I also picked up these plain wooden stars from Hobby Lobby and made them to match the theme as well! Hope yall enjoy! Bailee's Birthday Party

Last Saturday was Bailee's 10th Birthday Party! We all had a good time! We started the day outside playing with Caden Lane! He enjoys being outdoors. He tried to walk on the concrete with his bare feet. Mama remedied that real quickly and put some shoes on his little feet! It was also Texas' first game of the season and we dressed the part! Granny and Granpa got him his new jersey and he is so cute in it! We must get pics taken of him in it! Daddy will love those!

We have a music lover on our hands! This boy can't get enough! He loves to turn the alarm clock on by himself. He knows what button does it without you having to show him, he also knows which one turns it off. He loves to ~~dance~~ boogie! And I must say it is the cutest thing I have ever seen!

Caden loves the water! And he loves his Bailee! She was such a big help with him this summer. Since I work nights, I nap when Caden naps. She would come in and get him from the room with me and take him to play in his room for a little while so I could nap longer. Caden loves her and Kinlee like crazy! He just doesn't like Kinlee to pick him up. Poor girl loves him to pieces, but he doesn't like her to carry him around and he lets her know it! Last Friday David suggested that we get Caden's little pool out and let him swim. They had a ball!

God saw everything that he had made, and indeed, it was very good.

As you all know, we attend Crossroads Fellowship Church which we LOVE! God has truly blessed us with our church family! Caden goes to the nursery, as you can tell he enjoys himself. For Caden this is a normal position, he often sleeps like this. Cole Channon was working in the nursery a few Sundays ago and Caden took to him real quick. Cole posed to match Caden! Or so he said! Hahahaha!

Caden may only have two teeth, but that doesn't stop him from brushing them! He loves to brush his teeth! We will actually spend 20 minutes at a time in the bathroom just while he brushes his teeth. He gets so angry when we make him stop, he will throw a little tantrum.

Caden LOVES bath time! I rarely give Caden his baths because it is Daddy and Caden's time together. It has been since birth! He will take a bath all kinds of ways. David likes to use the bath sling still, but Caden doesn't seem to mind. He loves his "bafy."

This first pic is from last Saturday afternoon. David was bending over the tub rinsing his hair and Caden and I were playing in the living room. Caden slipped away and I found him in the bathroom climbing into the bath tub! Daddy was still there rinsing his hair and Caden decided he needed a "bafy!"

Soccer Tournament

Last Saturday, August 28, Caden and I went to watch the girls play in a soccer tournament! It was also Bailee's birthday! Happy Birthday Bailee! We stayed for game 1 and part of game 2 and then it got hot out and was past Caden's nap time so we headed home. We missed game number 3 which they won and Bailee scored a goal in. It was fun to get out that morning and watch them play. Caden has several soccer outfits for this fall season so hopefully we can make it to a few games!

After they turned one, Brittany and I took Rylee and Caden to the Mayborn Museum. Aunt Veronica, Uncle Jimmy and cousin Kinlee also came along to play! We had tons of fun together!

13 months!

Caden turned 13 months on 8/21/10. Another month has gone by and our baby is growing and growing! He is walking everywhere! He is growing up into such a little man! I love to watch him play and learn new things! He can now blow kisses, it is the sweetest thing ever! And the little noise he makes when he does it makes my heart smile! This month we went to the Mayborn Museum with our BFF's, Rylee and her mom Brittany and cousin Kinlee and Aunt Veronica. It was Caden's and my first time there and it was really neat!

Thanks to Granny and Granpa we got a second big boy car seat, it is just too big of a hassle to lug his huge thing from daddy's truck to mommy's car. This one stays in daddy's truck and the other one is staying in mommy's car. He seems to like both of them so we are all happy! Thanks again to Granny and Granpa for purchasing these!

Caden loves remotes and seems to know what each remote goes to because as he pushes buttons he will look to see what it does, he knows this one here is for the cable so he will push buttons and watch the television change channels. With the remotes in our room he knows the difference from cable one, the one that turns the t.v. off and the one that controls the light and fan! He is such a smart boy!

We also went to Cousin Haleigh's and our friend Madison's first birthday parties. (No pictures yet, but hopefully I can do a birthday party post later with Rylee's, Haleigh's and Madison's parties at the same time when I get the pics from the other two.) It has been an eventful month to say the least. Caden also had a stomach bug for about 2 weeks at the begining of the month. Poor baby even lost 8 ounces in that 2 weeks. But all is better now and he is keeping mommy and daddy on their toes for sure! He still only has two teeth and I'm not really looking forward to him teething again and going through that pain. He is still in size 4 diapers and 12 to 18 month clothes. He is growing like a weed, I swear his legs get longer each time I look at him!

Thank you Lord for the amazing gift you gave up with Caden! I pray that we are the parents to him that You want us to be. I pray dear Lord that we show him to walk in your light and that we are good Christian examples for him to follow. Thank you for your amazing love and never ending grace!

ONE YEAR check up and pics!

On 7/23/10 We went to Dr. Ferguson's office for Caden's ONE YEAR checkup! Our Little boy is growing so big! He does not have a fear of the doctor's office which is a very good thing. He also likes Dr. Ferg until he goes to messing with him, then he would much rather be in mommy or daddy's lap. He weighed in at 22 pounds, 7 ounces and was 27 1/4 inches tall! Big Boy!He always seems to have fun at the office! He enjoys taring off the paper from the beds and playing with the magnets.

Daddy often takes off work to come to the doctors appointments. Mommy loves the extra support especially when Caden has to get shots.

About a week and a half before Caden turned one we took him to get his One year pics done! A friend of mine is an amateur photographer and took them for me since my good friend Stephanie who usually takes his pics was unavailable. Well actually our schedules never went together to get them done because I know she would have loved to take them. Brittany Hejl took them and I do love how they turned out. She edited about 60 of them and I couldn't put them all on here (well I could but I figured you all would get bored) so here are a few of my favorites! Hope you enjoy them! He has been such a joy to us and we love him so much more than words could even begin to imagine!

Saturday July 24, 2010 we threw you a First Birthday Party! I went with a BUG theme because ever since the day you were born I have called you Buggy, Bug, The Bug, or Buggy D! You get the picture! So after months of looking for the party favors and planning it was time for the BIG day! I must say it turned out great! Caden, you really seemed to enjoy yourself! You woke up the morning of your party and saw this gift from Daddy and I. You loved your fire truck!

As you can see, this gift was a huge hit! You loved every minute of it!

These are the invitations I found from another blogger and Daddy and I both loved them! We got to customize them ourselves and we were very happy with the way they turned out. They came with bright yellow envelopes that brought out the bugs wings! So cute!

This table has the party favors we chose for the guests: butterfly catchers, large magnifying glasses with a little bug keeper in the handles and the insect houses. They were all a big hit with all the kiddos!

The wall has pictures of you at each month of your life from birth so everyone could see how much you have changed and grown into our little man!

The bug came from his invitations.

The day before the party I went to HEB to finalize our cake order and the girl working was not very nice, all she said was "I can't do it!" So I went to the Cake Box on a VERY short notice and had them do one for me. For a free hand drawing of the invitation I think she did a good job! The main idea wasn't cake anyway, it was worm dirt, but a certain sister of mine said we needed cake so here it is! :)

It is so hard to believe that you are one now! This year has been the biggest blessing! Having you has enriched our lives so much! You are my little miracle baby! It seems like yesterday that you were so little and now you are walking around pushing your toys around the house with a great big smile on your face! It seems like yesterday you were this tiny!

Today we had some family over and cooked hamburgers and hot dogs to celebrate your big day! Cousin Zack loves to push you on your swing and you love him so much!

You are walking more and more pushing your toys or anything that moves easily and around the furniture. You will be walking on your own in no time! You still are wearing 12 month clothes and size 4 diapers. You still only have 2 teeth and have no signs of a new one coming in yet. You continue to learn so much! You shake your head no when you don't want something and you point at things you do want. I always tell you to "Use your words" and we are working on new ones. You got another ear infection this month and Dr. Ferguson will recheck your ears on Friday when we go. This is double ear infection #3, you always seem to get an infection in both ears at the same time with fever that gets you down for about 2 or 3 days each time. Mommy loves the extra cuddle time but hates when you are sick. We still have our play dates with Rylee Grace at least once a week and you LOVE her! Your smile gets larger the first time you see her each time! And yall play so well together although we are learning NOT to scratch her. It is also Rylee's first birthday today! Happy Birthday Rylee Grace Dubois! Yall are BFF's and I know yall will truly be best friends forever!
Again I must say Happy First Birthday sweet boy! Mommy and Daddy love you so much more than you will ever know! We are so excited to see what our future holds and see you grow into a big boy! All our love!

11 months!

Caden you turned 11 months today! It is hard to believe that in 1 short month you will be one year old! It seems like yesterday you were born and now I can't remember how my life was before you. You are such a happy little boy most of the time! I truly feel God's love when I see you smile! Caden Lane you are such a delight to us and we are truly blessed by each day with you! Mommy and Daddy love you so very much!

Here are a few things you are up to this month!

You still only have 2 teeth! Yes ladies and gents! ONLY his bottom front 2
Clothes 9mo to 12 months
Diapers size 4
You are eating more and more table food, but still love your Gerber food.
You are walking while holding onto things like couches or of course his train car! You love to push that around!
You take 2 naps, 1-2 hours long each which makes mommy very happy on the days when I just got off at 7am.
You sleep well through the night from 8- 9:30 p.m. (depending on what is happening that night) until 6:30-8:30 a.m.
You LOVE to play with Rylee Grace, you two are BFF's!
You also love to swim! You are our little water Bug!
You still clap a lot and do it after we say "Yay Caden!"
You say Dada, Mama, Baba, Hi and Uh Oh!
You point towards things you want like a another bite or a drink. Or you will say "Uh" if you want something and then you lean toward it.
You love to play ball and throw balls!
You understand the word "NO" and you do not like to hear it!
You shake your head no when you are done eating and we try to give you a bite or a drink.

You understand so much now and can do little things we ask such as "share with mommy" or "give daddy bite" or "play toys." You are so smart Caden and growing and learning so much each day! I can't wait to see what this month has in store for you, me and daddy! We love you Bug and you mean so much to us! You are a true BLESSING from God!!

I have no doubt that these two are going to grow up being the best of friends! They play so well together! Caden still pulls her hair, but this time she was so tough and took it. She didn't even cry although I know it had to hurt. Brittany I promise I will try to work on him not pulling hair! They spent a while playing in the living room with some of Caden's toys before we moved to the pool!

Today Caden was playing with his toys where he always plays. We have several of his toys in the living room in front of the window that sits about waist high on him. He loves to look out the window and will play with the blinds until I lift them. Today he was standing up playing with his activity table when boom down he went, hitting the window seal with his right cheek. Mommy cried longer than he did. He went back to playing like nothing ever happened.

I tried to get a good pic of it, but with this wiggle worm it was hard.

In other news, he has decided that he likes his battery operated nose sucker much better as a toy! So he gets to play with it and play the songs while we change his diaper. It keeps him from wiggling so much! He has also learned how to push the button to make it work (not just the music) and he thinks it is funny! What a funny little bug we have!

You can barely see the bruise, but trust me it is there and it broke mommy's heart!

I know accidents will happen, it just makes me sad to see my baby hurt! We love you Caden Lane!

He has a pair of his daddy's boxer's in his hand and he is waving them around! lol made me laugh! I took the picture with my phone the other day so the quality isn't good, but you get the idea. He is such a big helper! He helps me pull the clothes out of the dryer even when I just put clean clothes in there from the wash. I love this little guy!

Great New Find!

Thought I might share with other mom bloggers my experience with my new find!

The other day we were at the grocery store and Caden was being a good little Bug! We shopped the entire store and when we got to the baby food (last) I was grabbing the jars and Caden saw me putting them in the back of the basket. He was sitting in the front and as I passed him with the jars in tow he had a fit! I guess he thought mommy was about to feed him because he DID NOT like that I put the jars in the back of the basket. Luckily I found these! All you do is open it up and give it to them! Playdate with Rylee Grace!

Today we had a play date with Rylee Grace Dubois! These two share the same birthday, July 21, 2009! They had a ball playing together and we can't wait for more play dates to come! Caden smiled and laughed the whole time at his new friend! He also tried to pinch her cheeks and was successful at pulling on her little blond locks! But I imagine we will have tons more play dates where she can bully Caden a little too! We had plans for swimming but it rained the night before and we thought the water might be too cold for our loves so we stayed in doors. But these two seemed to have a ball anyway!

Bailee's Baptism!!

Last Sunday May 30, 2010 was our church's annual Baptism in the River at Bone Farm. We have one baptism a year and it's really something to talk about! My sister Veronica and I rededicated our lives to Christ through baptism at the river with our church at our first annual baptism, and last year David rededicated his life to Christ through baptism as well!

Saturday was a beautiful sunny day! We took advantage by getting Caden's new pool out and letting him play in it! Granpa and Granny got Caden this pool about a month ago, but we haven't used it until now. Caden LOVES the water and had a great time! As you can see...

We had a great time in the front yard playing in the pool! BIG thanks to Granny and Granpa for the new shades, swim bottoms, and new pool! It was a blast! As you can see daddy got in on the fun too! And I had a blast watching my two favorite boys enjoy the beautiful day! Thank you Lord for all of your Blessings!

Caden says MAMA!!

I am happy to report that Caden added a 3rd word to his vocabulary!
He is finally saying MAMA! It is music to my ears! Although I have thought he has said it before tons of times when he wakes up and starts crying and screaming, I swear I've heard mama in there! But of course no one believes me! Well he now says it at random! He started saying it last night to David while Mommy was at work. Last night was also the first night he cried when I was leaving. I braved through and went on to work. Then, I find out through a text message that he started to say Mama! :( it was so bittersweet! Such a happy moment but sad because I was stuck at work. I want to hear it all the time now, but of course he still teases me...
I tell him "Caden say mama!"
He simply replies "Ah Dada dada dada da."
Gotta love my little Bug!!

The Bug turns 10 months old!

Happy 10 months Caden Lane! On May 21st our Bug turned 10 months old. This past month has been a whirl wind! It started out with Caden having a double ear infection the week before the wedding. Then of course his Big debut as a Ring Bearer at our wedding. I can't thank God enough for blessing us with our Buggy D!! This month was also the first time I've been away from him for longer than 12 hours (while on our honeymoon.) And lets not forget, my first Mother's Day! Everyday is a blessing and I am so grateful to have each and everyone!

Here are Caden's 10 month happenings:

Weighed in at 20 lbs 12 oz
Still only says Dada and Hi
Two teeth (both bottom)
Wearing size 4 diapers
Wearing 12 month clothes (but still fits into most 9 months)
Walking along the edges of furniture while holding on.
Is content playing alone, but LOVES company!
His favorite toys are his Mickey train, baseball/bat t-ball stand, his zoo animals, and another play station that stands up has a book, computer, piano, and telephone on it (I'm at a loss for the name right now) and anything with music where he can dance!
He LOVES to dance!
Loves baths
LOVES to SMILE! (I love his smile!)
Using the sippy cup for all drinks except milk time
Started on whole milk!
He still has his bottle of milk in the morning, before nap, and before bed time.
Still on Gerber 3 foods.
We are introducing more big boy foods, but SLOWLY
He loves his biter biscuits and we tried Mum mums.
He LOVES Mum Mums :)

This little boy is the ABSOLUTE joy of our lives and we are so IN LOVE with him! Thank you Jesus for such a gift!

Caden,

You are our little Bug and we love you more than words can even describe! Each day is an adventure and I am always so anxious to see what each new day brings! In your smile I truly feel God's love shining through! I pray that you are able to see how much we love God and how much we love you! We pray you have a close relationship with Christ throughout your life and that you truly know the cost he paid for us!

July 21, 2009 was the BEST day of my life!! It was the day you gave Caden to us! We are so blessed by him everyday! Thank you so much for bringing this little boy into our lives! I am HONORED to be his mommy!! It is such a blessing that you entrusted David and I with him! Everyday is such a gift! I look forward to everyday and to be able to watch him grow into our little man!
