A work in progress! CADEN'S Room!

So last weekend Caden's furniture came in & we started to work on the nursery! I was so excited! It was fun and hard putting it altogether! I swear we chose the furniture with the most parts. Very complicated! But it was worth it because it turned out to be so pretty! Thanks so much to Granny & Grandpa for the furniture! Tonight we put some more touches on his room with all the wall art! & I LOVE how it looks! Big Thanks to Aunt Veronica for all her help! And for putting up with me and David telling her "a little more to the right!" lol! David and I are so proud of his room! We chose a Noah's Ark theme because it was one that David and I finally both agreed on! & We LOVE all the animals! Aunt Veronica and Aunt Neta bought the bedding for us & it turned out super cute! Thanks to everyone for all you have done and are doing! The baby shower is this weekend! And I can't wait! Veronica, Granny, and Neta have been working hard on getting things together and making them perfect for the shower! Thanks so much! I can't wait for this weekend and to see my friends and family! Especially mom! I can't wait to see what creations she has made for our little man! Thanks so much to everyone! I love you all so much! & I am truly very blessed!!

EASTER 09

This year we spent Easter with mom in Amarillo. We celebrated Easter Day at the Blackwell's house with lunch, an Easter egg hunt for the kids, and confetti eggs. To hear Kelly talk he is still picking up the mess around his house. Of course I don't believe him! lol The food was great and the kiddos had tons of fun! As well as the adults with the confetti eggs! As you can see in the photos. I can't wait until our next family get together. Although some of us were missing, we still had a great time with the ones that came! I have been very blessed with a very large, very loving family! Thank You LORD!! :D

AVON WALK FOR BREAST CANCER HOUSTON '09

April 3-5, 2009 I participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Houston! It was such an experience! I was truly blessed in one weekend. I crewed for the weekend and it was an experience of a life time! I loved it! I enjoyed meeting all the walkers and survivors and serving them! I am proud to say that I, along with many of you, are part of the 1.8 million dollars raised in Houston! It is truly a life long passion of mine to help eradicate breast cancer as a life threatening disease! It has taken a toll on many of my loved ones and I am fortunate enough to fight the battle for so many that can no longer fight it on their own! While there I decided to become a repeat offender and signed up for the Houston walk 2010! The tentative date is September 25th & 26th! Here are some photos from that weekend in no particular order! Thanks again for all your help! I Love you all!
